I’m logging off this afternoon for the rest of the year, and will be back in your inbox in January. Thanks so much for being here in 2024 - it’s been a good year on the whole, and I’m already looking forward to some of the work I have lined up in 2025.

If you didn’t get a chance to come along, but want to do some mini reflections, get out your diary, journals and calendars for the past year. Look through your website and social media and newsletter analytics. Take some time to review what you’ve done across the year, and see if you can answer the following questions:

• What was the #1 best thing that happened?

• What is the #1 thing you want to do again next year?

• What is the #1 area you want to develop or focus on next year?
