Great round up. Single mums are astonishing. When we get rid of honours, lets keep one for single parents. (And do some more practical things too.)

Hi Katie! Thanks so much for sharing my article — glad you enjoyed it!

And congrats on having a great work Feb! I feel you on the invoices vs. money actually hitting your accounts gap — I *just* got paid for work I finished in January. What a tedious wait for AP to process things, ugh. Also gonna check out the other folks you linked, particularly the one about becoming a Substack bestseller hehe. :)

I so enjoyed reading this post today. I loved Babel and by the way it got optioned last week! I wasn't sure about One Day in Episode 1 but I fell for it easily after that. It was a matter of getting used to the actors. I so appreciated your roundup of various resources, thank you for gifting us these. Hope your energy is back to normal and your son is feeling better.

Ahhh I'm excited - it would make an excellent film - would be so interested to see how the show the silver magic. That was the one thing I struggled to visualise, so would love to see it on screen. And yes, same! I had Anne Hathaway in my head for One Day, so took a bit of readjustment, but by the middle of the first episode I was in love. So glad you enjoyed the roundup, glad to have you here!
